Before bringing an African Grey home, we want you to know that owning an African Grey means visits to a veterinarian and that you will be responsible for all costs associated with such veterinarian visits.
We do everything we can to make sure your bird is as healthy as possible when it arrives, but birds are living breathing animals same as humans, which means health issues do arise despite our best efforts. This guarantee describes our commitment to you if a health issue arises with your bird.
Our relationship with you doesn’t end once you get your bird home. As parrot lovers ourselves, we wish nothing would ever go wrong with any parrot in their new homes . However, certain things are beyond our control. A bird’s health is dependent on a number of factors: exercise, food & nourishment, and overall care. While nobody can guarantee your bird will never have a health problem, we can guarantee we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!
In the event that your bird develops an illness or untracable, life threatening defect we will offer you another bird of the same sex and quality for which you paid for. You will be responsible for the delivery fees only for your new bird. When making a claim we require you to send us a copy of your vet exam and any findings.

As an additional check and to activate your bird’s Health Guarantee, we ask that you take your bird to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after you receive the bird, so we can be sure that your bird is a happy, healthy one from the moment it arrives at your home.
Who can file a claim or Refund?
